Prime Time Sister Circle is an evidence-based, socially innovative intervention designed to improve the lifestyle of African American women between 40-75 in the areas of stress management, nutrition, fitness and prioritizing their own health. It's a facilitated, culturally component support group for 25 women augmented with experts in the targeted areas.
More than 150 women attended the Launch of the Prime Time Sister Program that held on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at the African American Museum of Philadelphia. Dr. Gayle Porter, Co-Founder of the Prime Time Sister Circle Program was the keynote speaker.

Gambling Away The Golden Years
Gambling Away The Golden Years is an evidence-based, interactive workshop focused on problem gambling prevention among older adults and is conducted in partnership with churches, senior centers and housing complexes throughout the community at large.

Goals: To increase awareness and knowledge of risk factors, while also providing referrals to addiction treatment and support.
Parenting Leadership Program
Parenting Leadership
Works with at risk, high risk and hard to reach pregnant and parenting women, teens, fathers, their children and other caregivers. We offer a 12-week series of day and evening parent education/skill-building workshops and parent-child sessions.
